Already experienced in the mechanical construction industry, Greg started working at Ragan Mechanical in 1970. A hands-on CEO, he continues to lend his expertise daily to the company's commercial and industrial mechanical construction work.

Brian G. O'Day, President

Brian joined Ragan Mechanical in 1976. With extensive experience in managing projects in both the industrial and commercial mechanical construction fields, Brian is a recognized authority in power generation.

Mike Santee, Vice President, Industrial Division

Mike has worked at Ragan Mechanical for over 20 years. He completed a 5 year UA Pipefitter Apprenticeship. Through Mike’s field training and apprenticeship, he became an accomplished certified welder and pipefitter. He has extensive experience in power generation, petro chemical, and heavy industrial construction. Mike also excels in project management and supervision. This extensive experience also enables him to work in planning, field engineering, and problem solving. In his current position, Mike is working to expand Ragan Mechanical's market share. He is committed to delivering safe, quality, and cost-effective services to our customers.

Terry Joens, Service Manager

Terry joined the Ragan Service Department as a service technician in 1987. He is a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) where he has attained the level of Master Technician Specialist and is North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified in heating, air conditioning, and heat pumps. With 18 years of field service experience, he brings to this position a mechanical expertise with the philosophy that a technician's first and foremost responsibility is customer service.

Pam Dobbels, Controller

Since 2003, Pam has held responsibility for Ragan's financial management and has overseen its office administration, including the computer network, insurance, and human resources. She is an experienced accountant and controller in the construction industry.

Michael Tomsha, Safety Coordinator

With Ragan since 1998, Mike maintains the company's commitment to a safe workplace with an innovative program that keeps safety awareness top-of-mind for each team member. He has worked in construction and industrial safety since 1992.

Brian J. Larson, P.E. Estimator/Project Manager

After four years work with a mechanical engineering design firm, Brian joined Ragan in 2003. A professional engineer who is LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited, he provides commercial estimating and project management services.
